Each individual may register only one Account. Maintaining duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. mega31 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and permanently withhold any associated balances or winnings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party or allow any third party to use your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
mega31 uses two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA via your Account security settings immediately after registration.
mega31 is required by its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Users. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals above Rp 500.000 are processed and may be requested at any time at our discretion.

mega31 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All funds in your Wallet are denominated and displayed in IDR. The following payment methods are currently supported:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for e-wallets and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers. There is no published maximum deposit limit for fully verified Accounts; however, mega31 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on a case-by-case basis for risk management purposes.
Deposits are credited to your Wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant financial institution. mega31 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which mega31 bears no responsibility.
You must only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
You may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, to the extent that this is technically feasible. mega31 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. mega31 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee; however, intermediary bank charges may apply and are not within our control. Withdrawal requests submitted during Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Independence Day 17 August, and other national holidays) may experience extended processing times.
mega31 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, where KYC documentation is outstanding, where bonus wagering requirements have not been met, or where we are legally required to do so by any applicable regulation or court order.
mega31 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, typically between 20x and 35x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise. This means you must wager the specified multiple of the bonus before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement means you must wager Rp 2.500.000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Standard slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are detailed on each promotion's dedicated page.
Bonus Validity: Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited to your Account. Unused or expired bonuses will be removed from your Wallet without compensation.
Abuse: mega31 reserves the right to revoke any bonus and void any winnings obtained through bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering exclusively at low-risk outcomes to meet wagering requirements, and colluding with other players.
You may, at any time, decline a bonus by contacting support before accepting it. Once a bonus has been accepted and wagering has commenced, it cannot be reversed.
All games on the mega31 Platform are provided by third-party game studios operating under their own licenses. The rules, odds, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are determined by the respective game provider and are disclos ed within the game interface itself. mega31 does not modify these parameters.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Wallet in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mega31 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability.
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of your request, mega31 will process the closure and return any remaining real-money balance in your Wallet, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and KYC compliance, within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon termination for cause, mega31 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your Wallet pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, any funds may be permanently forfeited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mega31 holds its primary gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.
Nothing in this clause limits mega31's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.
If you access the Platform from Indonesia, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. mega31 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
mega31 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 12 above.
